We believe that football and futsal have the power to transform lives. Through sport, we can build confidence, develop skills, create friendships, and provide pathways that might otherwise not exist.
In Herefordshire, opportunities for structured football and futsal development have been limited. We saw a gap and decided to fill it—not for profit, but for our community.

Origins Football CIC Formation
Origins Football CIC was officially registered as a Community Interest Company (No. 16444129), marking the origin of something special for Herefordshire football and futsal.
Origins Futsal Club Launch
Launched our flagship futsal programme with support from the Herefordshire Community Foundation, providing structured training and competitive opportunities for players of all ages.

From Passion to Purpose
Origins Football CIC was founded by a group of passionate football enthusiasts who shared a common vision: to create meaningful football and futsal opportunities in Herefordshire.
What started as informal conversations about the lack of opportunities in the area grew into something bigger—a determination to make a difference.
As a Community Interest Company, we operate differently from traditional clubs. Our focus is on community benefit, and all our work is driven by the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
